The output value of China agricultural machinery industry reached 280 billion yuan in 2010, and made year-on-year growth of 34.8% from January to October in 2011. At the same time, China agricultural machinery cooperatives to 22 thousand, 433 thousand employees, land management scale continues to expand, the production mode realized the leaping development.

In 2011, farm machinery purchase subsidy reach 17.5 billion yuan, with the expansion of the scale of subsidies(the total subsidies were 10.47 billion yuan before 2008, 10 billion yuan of which in 2009，15 billion yuan of which in 2010), the subsidies types of the agricultural machinery will be more widely, and will continue to pull the growth of production, sales, quantities quickly.

Occupying land of 25 thousand square meters in the hall 2, it is including 163 enterprises in internal combustion engine & plant protection machinery & micro-tiller & draining and irrigating machinery exhibition area, 151 enterprises in internal combustion engine parts exhibition area, 65 enterprises in agricultural implements parts exhibition area, 245 enterprises in automobile & tractor & harvester parts exhibition area, 85 enterprises in gearbox transmission parts exhibition area, 28 enterprises in hydraulic parts exhibition area, 67 enterprises in general parts exhibition area and 7 media companies. CIAME 2011 display a dazzling array of sophisticated exhibits which cover the whole process of agricultural production and have domestic and foreign clients’ hands full.

In 2011, China agricultural machinery exports continue to maintain the fast growth. From January to September agricultural machinery exports was $5.85 billion, up 23.9%, and imported 1.95 billion, up 24.3%. With the growth of agricultural machinery import and export, CIAME will promote the internationalization degree quickly.
