| Huaxing
Group Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. is directly
belonged to China Huaxing Group Corporation which
is one of the largest key enterprises controlled
by central government. In 1997, Huaxing Group was
listed in 120 trial enterprise groups of State Council.
Recently its investor is the State-owned Assets
Supervision and Administration Commission of the
State Council. Its former body was China National
Agricultural Machinery Corporation which was the
leading enterprise in agricultural machinery industry
between the early sixties of twenties’ century and
the end of twenties’ century. Under the entrustment
of ministries, we took charge of all the business
management for agricultural machinery companies.
In 1999, during the period of disconnection between
government office and its enterprises, we formed
Beijing Huaxing Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd
and China Huaxing Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd
and after thress years of re-adjustments, these
two companies has been consolidate into Huaxing
Group Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. According
to the complete deploy and requirement from Huaxing
Group, the main business of Huaxing Group Agricultural
Machinery Co., Ltd. is agricultural machinery products,
transportation equipment, metal materials. The annual
sales volume is about RMB300,000 million yuan. The
income of the main business has been reached to
RMB600-800 million yuan within two years. |

Since the year 2002,
Huaxing Group Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd has
started to be the sponsor of China Agricultural
Machinery Trade Fair (short for ”CAMF”). We take
the fair as platform to consolidate this traditional
superiority in agricultural machinery distribution
system and exert its characteristic to provide the
full service to the whole field.
The fair has been held separately in Beijing, Handan,
Weifang, Anyang,Changzhou, Xingtai, Hefei, Changsha,
Zhengzhou, Jinan, Nanjing for more than 40 years,
which has become a grand gathering between agricultural
machinery manufacturers, distribution enterprises,
college and research institutes to display, new
technology and products extend, exchange information,
negotiate and discuss.
