A brief introduction to DFAM Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Corp., Ltd. hereinafter referred to as DFAM was established as a local state owned enterprise in 1952 and reformed as a private enterprise in Aug., 2003. After being reformed into a private enterprise for 10 more years, DFAM has adopted the flexible management mechanism for hammering at the market exploiting and developing, deepening the business operation management and enhancing the working efficiency to meet the challenge of fast changing market situation and fierce market competition. Furthermore, DFAM has carried out the transformation and upgrading program for the enterprise itself and the products thereof with the entry point of product quality improvement and new product development for consolidating the product market and brand. DFAM now puts the wheeled tractor as the main product and the farm implements for completion as the auxiliary products at the prominent position for the fast development to reach the international standard, so as to be competitive in the international markets. DFAM has the cooperation with quite many universities and research institutes, which has brought the great progress on the modern manufacturing capability and independent innovation capacity to DFAM.
