Jiangsu Changfa Agricultural Equipment Holding Co., Ltd. is one of three subsidiary of Changfa group. It is a big agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprises with the function of agricultural research and development, production and sales. The headquarter is located in Changfa Industrial Park, Wujin Road, Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Changfa Agricultural Equipment have five division which are singlecylinder engines division, multicylinder engines division, wheeled tractor division, transplanter division and casting division and eight subsidiary which are research institute, marketing company, import and export company, materials company, Taizhou Changfa, Changfa Heavy Industry and Changfa Jialian. The total area is 2,000 acres. The total employees are more than 5,000 people including 1500 technical personnel and 200 senior engineers. As the leader of the agricultural equipment industry, Changfa Agricultural equipment design and produce the following firstclass agricultural equipment by strong technical force and advanced technology, such as CF series of wheeled tractors awarded as the National Consumer satisfaction brand, 2ZS4type transplanter which sells well in domestic market, fullfeeding and semifeeding rice and wheat Combine harvester with international advanced level, kinds of generators 90 for export to Europe and America and Changfa brand diesel engines and waling tractors which is the best seller in China. In recent years, Changfa Agricultural equipment strengthened the cooperation with the domestic firstclass research institutions and developed a lot of highquality agricultural products, such as new type gas generators, vertical singlecylinder directly connected diesel engine, Golden series of diesel engines, CF4108 series of multicylinder diesel engine, CF220 series singlecylinder directattached wheel tractor, CF150 series wheel tractor, etc., which all have good power and economic performance. In recent years, Changfa Agricultural equipment had the industrial chain including wheeled tractors, combine harvesters, transplanters, generator sets, and diesel engines and so on by mergers and acquisitions. In the first half of 2010 Changfa Jialian agricultural equipment Co., Ltd., was reorganized. The project investment for the first phase is RMB220 million, covers an area of 200,000 square meters, will achieve sales revenue of RMB1 billion, profit of RMB90 million, taxes RMB30,000,000 and provide 1200 jobs. After the first phase is completed, Changfa Jialian’s producing capacity will reach 9,000 units per year. On December 2012, Changfa Feng Ling new factory was officially completed. The project covers an area of 150 acres with the total investment of over RMB150 million. The standardized plant of more than 30,000 square meters is built with complete set of office facilities. More than 480 sets of advanced processing equipment are purchased to assure the annual output capacity of 100,000 sets of rice and wheat combine harvester. Changfa agricultural equipment establish a comprehensive sales and service network system with the concept of "customer first, customer satisfaction". Changfa has established more than 600 first class distributors and more than 2,000 second class distributors in main cities in China and have more than 1500 trained full time and part time staff for after sales.
