洛阳智能农业装备研究院有限公司暨国家农机装备创新中心（下文简称农机创新中心）是河南省第一家、国家第十二家、全国农机领域唯一一家国家级制造业创新中心。农机创新中心按照“公司联盟”模式组建，构建开放的“产学研用金”协同创新体系。覆盖了农业机械装备领域全部国家级创新平台并签订资源共享协议，聘请了中国工程院院士赵春江任创新中心主任，中国工程院院士罗锡文出任专家委员会主任，专家委员会成员包括赵春江、陈学庚、雒建斌、李国杰、康振生等院士及行业知名专家。形成了比较完善的从基础研究、技术开发到技术转化和技术应用的国家级创新链。
通过汇聚农机领域创新资源、集聚高端人才、对标国际创新机构，农机创新中心实现了自主创新、集成创新以及再次创新。成功建立智能农业装备大数据管理平台，开发神农云耕APP，实现农机装备定位查找、状态监控、作业统计、数据分析、预警报警等功能，接入多种农机装备，数量持续增长中，形成远程运维解决方案，并为未来智慧农业奠定基础；研制新能源无人驾驶拖拉机，实现无人驾驶、电控策略等关键技术突破，在农机领域形成新能源无人驾驶农机装备的整套解决方案，下阶段将开展收获机械、植保机械等农机装备的研发。目前，农机创新中心已开始建设农机装备全生命周期模拟仿真工作站，借助云端资源为全行业提供一站式模拟仿真服务，解决农机设计、验证周期长的问题。
农机创新中心通过不断的技术创新、管理创新，形成人才聚集资金投入科研开发成果孵化产业反哺科研的良性创新创业生态，打造农机领域原创科技的策源中心、行业技术进步的促进中心，并最终建设成为国际一流的农机装备创新平台。

Luoyang Research Institute for Intelligent Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. Henan Province, Intelligent Agricultural Innovation Center is strongly supported by the governments at all levels. It is a synergic innovation platform for agricultural industry which was jointly funded by China Yituo Group Co., Ltd. No.1 Tractor Manufacturing Factory, Luoyang ZKLW Creative Technology Ltd., Zoomlion Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. Chery Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Luoyang Advanced Manufacturing Industrial RD Center Tianjin Research Institute for Advanced Equipment Tsinghua University, and Luoyang Institute of Information Industry Chinese Academy of Sciences Luoyang Branch of Institute of Computing Technology Chinese Academy of Sciences. The work deployment of The State and Henan Province, the industrial advantages of Henan Province, and the current situation and future of Chinese agricultural industry were also completely integrated. As the first manufacturing innovation center in Henan and the only identified manufacturing innovation center for agricultural industry, Henan Province, Intelligent Agricultural Innovation Center is devoted to building “the source center of the original technology”, “the promotion center of industry progress”, “the technology center for large enterprises”, “the production innovation center for small and mediumsized enterprises”, and “the international firstclass manufacturing innovation platform for agricultural industrial technology and equipment” eventually, which is directed by the national strategic target and the innovative development of agricultural industry. An innovation team led by 4 academicians, 1 Thousand Talents Plan professor, 2 Changjiang scholars and a certain number of wellknown experts has been set up. Highend talents at home and abroad, and research resources from related state key laboratories, engineering centers and engineering laboratories has been gathered here.
