新疆机械研究院股份有限公司（以下简称：新研股份）是一家专业从事农牧机械研究、设计、制造和销售的高新技术企业、国家创新试点企业、国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、中国创新100强中小企业。新研股份前身是成立于1960年的新疆机械研究所，是新疆首批转制的科研单位之一。2009年整体改制为股份有限公司，2011年1月成功登陆深交所创业板，证券代码：300159，是国内农牧机械制造行业第一家上市公司。
2009年以后，公司的技术实力、产业化能力得到了快速提升，从单一科研单位发展成科研生产型的高新技术企业。2015年，公司通过向明日宇航的股东非公开发行人民币普通股并支付现金的方式购买其持有的明日宇航100股权。由此，公司业务进入了航空航天飞行器零部件制造业，实现“农机军工”双主业发展的战略布局。
新疆新研牧神科技有限公司（以下简称：牧神科技）是新研股份的全资子公司，承接了新研股份农机业务的全部资产、业务及人员。依托50余年的创新底蕴，公司继承和发展了原科研院所的研发体系和创新传统，打造了高水平的研发平台和技术团队，建立了良好的管理机制。拥有一大批技术过硬的高素质人才，现有员工800余人，其中具有中高级职称的专业技术人员150余名，其中享受国务院特殊津贴专家3名，研究员2名，教授级高级工程师8名。
公司专注于中高端农牧机械产品，以高附加值、高技术含量及替代进口农牧机械产品为主导，公司注册的“牧神”品牌商标系列产品被评为中国名牌产品，畅销国内外各地，并在国内建立了完善的产品销售服务体系。主要产品包括农牧业收获机械、耕作机械、拖拉机、农副产品加工机械及林果机械等六大类60余种产品。其中自走式玉米收获机、青（黄）贮饲料收获机、动力旋转耙技术水平达到国内领先，自走式辣椒收获机属国内首创，多种产品填补了国内空白并成功替代进口。90产品销往东北、华北等省区，部分产品销往中亚及俄罗斯。
自2014年起，公司投资2.3亿收购重组了松原奥瑞海山机械制造公司和山东海山机械制造公司，实现了“走出去”的战略布局。目前公司农机板块已形成1个总部、1个技术中心、1个营销公司、3个生产基地的农牧机械产业布局：总部和技术中心位于新疆；研发、生产基地分别位于新疆、吉林和山东；整体具备年产大中型收获机械8000台，大马力拖拉机5000台的生产能力。截止2018年底，新疆新研牧神科技公司总资产12亿元，营业收入近5个亿。公司将借助军工科研及制造优势，围绕农牧机械主业，大力提升“牧神”产品的整体性能，打造具有军工品质的优质农机产品。
近年来，公司承担并完成国家及新疆维吾尔自治区科研项目50余项，29项产品经技术部门鉴定处于国内领先水平；制定企业标准并通过备案17项，获得有效专利69项，其中发明专利11项，国家重点新产品5项。新疆维吾尔自治区以新研股份为依托组建了“新疆农牧收获机械工程技术中心”，并经自治区科技厅批准建立了“新疆农牧机械科技成果转化基地”，形成了农牧机械开发、中试、熟化、批量生产的技术平台。

Xinjiang Machinery Research Institute Co., ltd hereinafter referred to as our Company or MRI is one of the high and new technology enterprises based in Urumqi, Xinjiang. Since founding in 1960, MRI has been specialized in research, design, solution-supplying, manufacturing, marketing and after-sale service of agricultural machinery.
Listing in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, our company is not only one of the Top 100 Chinese small and medium-sized innovation enterprises, but also the first public company of agricultural machine solution supplier. As sole identified marks, ®MOSHINE, one of the famous trademarks on agriculture machinery in China, is always reliable and acceptable to those who are linked to the land, such as the distributors, landowners and farmers around the world.
Supported and approved by Government, MRI built up the Xinjiang Agriculture Harvesting Machinery Design Center as one of the RD bases. So far, we totally own 3 RD bases and 3 manufacturing bases separately in Xinjiang, Shandong and Jilin. In addition, we also have 2 sales centers both domestic and abroad.
With more than 2000 employees, our company has reasonable Senior HR structure including 3 professor-level special benefits expert, 2 researchers, 6 senior engineers, more than 100 professional technical employees with senior titles.
The company had participated and completed as many as 50 scientific research projects in national and provincial level. We also had manufactured 29 products of totally over 60 products reaching domestic leading level, of which 5 products were national core product. In addition, 17 enterprise standards were developed and recorded. As many as 69 patents were approved, of which 8 patents were exclusive.
